This 3 yo has done nothing but impress us! His amount of try is refreshing! We had an escapee roping steer. Spade tracked and pulled this steer for over a mile to get him back to the house. Excited to see what this guy gets done at the Saline Fall Futurity!

Maverick is a solid 15.3 hand horse. Ready for ranch work or to go to the arena. He has been used to move cows, calved on all spring, drug calves to the fire, been used for all aspects of ranch work. Has been hauled to jackpots.

Maverick competed in the 2024 HP Pitzer Ranch Horse Invitational on Sept 4th in Ericson, NE. It was a fun, full contact day for him. 66 All Around entries. 5 events were included for the All Around - Trail, Sorting, Heading, Heeling & Barrels.
It was the first time we had competed @ the HPI and I can tell you we will be back! This fun event is the highest paying Ranch Horse competition in the country! Over a $100,000 payout! Maverick has one more year of eligibility for this competition.

The big palomino took home

🔶6th in the trail
He ended up in the top 10 for the All Around

Maverick had a busy day yesterday! He had a full day competing in the HPI Ranch Horse Competition at the Pitzer Ranch. He is HPI eligible for one more year! He sells Sept 14th in Keosauqua, IA on St Clair Performance Horse Production Sale.

Clair mixed things up from ranch rodeos and ropings and had a great first show this last weekend at the Slidin Daze Summer Spectacular, winning the AQHA Ranching Heritage Challenge Working Cow Horse event!
