✅ Keep outdoor play sessions short and schedule them for the early morning or late evening when the air and ground are coolest.

✅ Always provide access to plenty of fresh water and shade.

✅ Protect your dog’s paws from blistering by sticking to grassy areas rather than hot asphalt.

Dex gets A LOT of attention while out - can you blame him?! This handsome Great Dane is wrapping up his 2nd week into his 6week training program with Chris.

Sweet disposition, but struggles with confidence in certain scenarios. Work in progress, and progress is great!

DOOLEY!! This hunk of golden love came to us struggling with any type of obedience, specifically listening when in an external environment from his house, and could NOT be trusted off leash. Now, after completing his 4 week board & train with Chris - can do all of that and more!! With clarity and connection comes freedom, and now Dooley’s owners have the tools and education to let him run and play freely without concern.

RSK9 Chris - PICKLE the GSD is almost a year and was off to a great start with training. His owners reached out when he was having trouble listening to commands when any type of distraction was involved. Also was starting to develop some leash reactivity to other dogs as he pulled and jumped on walks. After completing his 4 week board and train, Pickle and his family are able to enjoy walks and is super engaged with his humans no matter the distraction. Welcome to the Ridgeside K9 family!
