Meet Our Barn Manager, Ava Wolfe!
Ava brings a lifelong passion for horses and 14 years of professional training and showing experience to her role as barn manager.
In August 2025, Ava and her horse Loki relocated here so she could focus on his rehabilitation from a severe case of EPM and Bilateral Pedal Osteitis. Since their arrival, Ava has dedicated herself daily to Loki’s recovery. We are pleased to report that Loki is making excellent progress, and our veterinary team is confident he will return to his 3’ hunter career this summer.
During her time with us, Ava has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment as barn manager. Her primary focus is ensuring that every horse’s needs are met with the highest standard of care, with extra attention and spoiling reserved for our semi-retired residents.
Ava’s reliability is outstanding. She approaches the daily care of the horses — including consistent feeding schedules, meticulous stall maintenance, turnout routines, and thorough health checks — with the same professionalism and attention to detail that she brings to urgent or emergency situations. No detail is overlooked, and the horses clearly thrive under her proactive and attentive care.
What truly sets Ava apart is her unwavering willingness to respond to any emergency, regardless of the hour.
