✨ Appointment Reminders
• Please arrive on time and be sure your pup has had a potty break before coming in. Accidents happen, but we do our best to prevent them.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. A $40 cancellation fee per dog will apply for late cancellations.
• All no shows are $70 per dog. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without contact will be considered a no show. This fee must be paid before rebooking.
