I've had a love for animals since I was a child but everyone who knows me, knows dogs are my passion. No matter the species or breed, they are a family member. My dogs are my fur babies and I will treat yours as if they are one of my own when within my care. First Aid, CPR & Fear Free Certified. I have had the opportunity to work in many professions, but have found I always end up working back with animals. If I could, I would rescue all the animals in need. I am currently a volunteer Rescue Coordinator for a local dog rescue. I have been very active in rescue for 8+ years. I have worked with a wide range of dogs of all sizes, breeds, backgrounds & temperaments - including puppies & seniors. Through my years, I've worked at 2 different dog boarding/daycare facilities. To say I'm comfortable around dogs is an understatement. At home, I am joined by a sassy pit/husky mix who was wondering the streets as a pup, two Great Pyrenees mixes rescued from a hoarding situation in Missouri, and a spunky spoiled tuxedo barn cat who adores wet food & has yet to sleep outside since I rescued him. And I can’t forget about a large flock of chickens:)
