The scariest place in October isn't a haunted house; it's the warm-up pen. 👻

When your Futurity horse nails their first stop!👌🏼

10/19/2026

Our 2026 Futurity has come to a close. It wasn’t exactly the Futurity we hoped for, and I think that’s the sentiment across the 200+ horse and rider pairs that didn’t make a final. However, it’s important to remind ourselves that this is just one moment in time. We ask a lot of these horses, and not just in terms of physical ability. This show is a test of their mental toughness and adaptability, as much as it is their raw talent. Every show is another test, and while we always hope to win, we are always happy with progress - which both of our horses showed.

We want to thank both of our owners, Vince Catalano & Novella Moletteri. They've been with us since Clint went out on his own, and we’re grateful for their support and belief in his program. We also want to thank our partners, Ag-Gear, Hyer Boots, and Classic Equine for equipping us with the gear to get the job done both inside and out of the show pen.

Lastly, we’d like to thank everyone who supports us. Our vets, Catalano Farrier Services LLC, mentors, herd help, and fellow trainers & friends who have allowed us to haul in and work horses when the weather wasn’t great in preparation for this show.

We’re back home to rest before we start prepping for the next one. Best of luck to everyone competing in the finals!

It's our favorite part of the Futurity - the fence work! You can catch all the action through the day on Performance Horse Central.
