I can’t always make everyone happy but I reallly think I tried with this client but I hope Brad is happy with his new groomer. I was even going to bring Tommy home if the roads were to bad for him to drive today..,…. I have never made a post like this before but in all my 30+ years of grooming I feel very disrespected and let it be noted he has never tipped me. I always try to accommodate my clients needs & feel I did my best.
