Ever wish you could send your dog somewhere else, they could learn the 7 basic commands, & then come back home? Your dog will stay in the comforts of my home & get the opportunity to shadow three certified therapy dogs, while receiving intensive, positive, & individualized training. I also provide this service to match training needs for your family. You want your dog to be able to hike, bike, run with you? Or need them to go on road trips happily? You tell me what your ideal dog activities would be, that's what we work on. Matchmaking consultations ~

Puppy Plott Hound Jinx has an upcoming appointment. His Mom wanted to make sure they established, and felt confident & safe with their travel routine.
This is a step not to skip in puppy training. ✅
Jinx had multiple rehearsal drives today & it all started with feeling confident with the process in its entirety. (How to get in, how to ride, how to exit, etc). I preach alot about systems & routines, because systems & routines work! They help us ensure our dog’s safety via environmental management, & help our dog’s feel more confident with expectations, new experiences, & in novel places.

Mavis & Mazzy Star enjoyed visiting with & performing for several classes today at Cherokee High School. We even learned how to say Mazzy’s nickname in Cherokee which is ᏃᏈᏏ (no-gwi-shi).
As an added bonus they got to take a little dip in the Oconaluftee River afterwards because our mantra is work hard, play hard.
