We wanted to share a quick update that Old Stage Kennels is safe following a nearby property fire.

Our local fire department responded incredibly quickly and did an amazing job containing the situation. We are so grateful for their professionalism and care.

All pets and staff are safe, and operations will continue as normal.

As the winter storm approaches, we want to reassure our clients that Old Stage Kennels is fully prepared and actively staffed.
✔️ Generators on site to maintain power, heat, and daily operations
✔️ Established emergency and severe-weather protocols
✔️ On-site, hands-on supervision and care throughout the storm
✔️ 24/7 monitoring, including in-person checks and camera systems
✔️ Owner on property, ensuring immediate response if anything is needed
Our animals are not left unattended. Their safety, comfort, and routine care remain our highest priority, and we are closely monitoring weather conditions as the storm moves through.

❄️🐾 Winter Weather Update — Safe, Warm & Monitored 24/7 🐾❄️

Our team and maintenance crew worked hard preparing for the storm, and we want to give a huge shout-out to Talerie for her incredible dedication.
She has been personally checking on every dog, making sure the heat stays perfect, pathways stay clear, and that every single animal is safe and comfortable through the weather.

With the owner on site around the clock and extremely attentive, along with a responsive and caring staff, your pets are truly never left unattended.

All pups — and our two resident mousers — are tucked in, secure, and warm. ❤️

We’re also adding temperature-monitoring sensors that send instant alerts if the building ever becomes too warm or too cold, offering an extra layer of protection and peace of mind during winter weather.
