We also rescued a new Friesian Sport horse mare a few weeks ago! She was very underweight and in just about 2 weeks she has much improved already.
We renamed her Freya ❤️
She is just off to get fat for now, but once she is ready I will restart her.
She has never had formal training from an actual trainer, rather taught what she knows by lesson students but has shown Western & English. Her problems arised with a timid rider, she bolted on occasion and had one incident of a flip over.
Poor girl needed a good home where she can get the time she deserves

What an absolute honor this has been!
From Liberty Festival week and thereafter has been hectic to say the least... Tater was fortunate to be chosen for the Foundations of Freedom where he was amazing, then he was invited to Double Dans for the week!
He learned Roman Riding, and was a stellar boy! Everyone there said he fit in like he had always belonged.
I even received an offer of purchase 😱
What a feather in my cap that would be, and what an opportunity for him, but I cant sell my boy.
He's a rare heart horse of mine, and though I wish he could talk and tell me where he would rather be: living a life of glamor and fame, or a simple life with me helping other horses... unfortunately he can't and I hope I'm doing right by him by having him stay.
We were invited to carry the US flag at the final Double Dan horse show of the season, and what an amazing experience it was. I've been very fortunate to spend the summer working with them, and they have quickly become people I consider friends. They have helped Kentucky feel more like home.

I have received several calls for horse training after this, and while our facilities here aren't quite ready... we are hoping in the spring time we may be!

This past weekend I was fortunate enough to have my buckskin chosen to participate in the Foundations of Liberty clinic at the 2025 International Liberty Festival
Three world renowned trainers each received a horse that's never had Liberty training, and those three trainers were Dan Steers (from Double Dan Horsemanship Australia), Tik Maynard, and Steve Rother. The clinic was commentated by Dan James (Double Dan) and Amber Marshall!
Dan Steers selected Tater as his horse for the 3 day clinic.
Tater was nothing short of amazing. I'll include videos in a secondary post, he picked it up very quickly. Dan Steers complimented him highly and myself for the foundation I've placed upon him. It was a surreal experience, your idols coming up to you to congratulate you and thank you for bringing your horse there!
The last day Frédéric Pignon and Magali Delgado even waited at the gate for us to say how lovely he is and what an amazing job I've done with him. We had strangers approach us and had numerous cash offers as well. Tater will never leave my barn though..

Liberty certainly seems to perhaps be Tater's career path for the future and maybe even some guest appearances in some future shows
Proud of my boy

Been awhile since I've posted but that's cause we've been busy getting the horses access to all 20 acres of grazing, trying to clear our 10 acres of woods to make them usable, and working our tails off!
I work at Pin Oak Stud in Versallies and drive up there every day to care for and ride 2 Friesian horses. When they return to Louisiana for the winter I'll help out in one of the Thoroughbred barns.

We're planning on working on building our round pen this weekend🤠

Kody has made a decision for a name for his Canine Training, as well as a logo for the company! In the future we will be a one stop shop for Equine & Canine Training needs! We have submitted a form for our brand registry with KY and are hoping to hear back soon.

We've been hard at work getting the horses settled in, and getting the property to a manageable level with everything so overgrown. Only plus side of that is it's made switching over feed a breeze not worrying about the short new spring growth. It'll be awhile before it's ready for client horses but I can't wait to have the arena, round pen, paddocks and gallop track 💙 with the possibility of boarding in the future
