Here at Wags 2 Whiskers, we know life happens.
If you ever miss an appointment or need to reschedule, we completely understand! Our priority is always your pet’s well-being, and we’re happy to work with you—no extra fees, no stress, just a warm welcome every time.

A client recently stopped by asking about our grooming services. They shared that they had missed an appointment at another grooming salon in the area and were charged a $100 fee—on top of the grooming price. Sadly, that meant they couldn’t afford to move forward with the appointment. Their pet, who likely really needed the grooming, had to go without.

At Wags 2 Whiskers, we do things differently.
We understand that life gets busy, and unexpected things happen. That’s why you’ll never find a no-call, no-show policy here. All we ask is a quick call or text to let us know if you’re unable to make it. It helps us accommodate other pets and keeps our schedule flowing with kindness and care.

Your pet is our #1 priority, and we’ll always do our best to make sure they’re groomed, comfortable, and cared for—without added financial stress.

Because here, it’s all about the pets.
