There will be Fireworks in Waynesboro on the Thursday July 3rd and at the Crazy Horse Canoe Rental Saturday the 5th.
Shooting off fireworks anywhere on the Buffalo River Trail Ride property is not permitted.

EVERYONE must stop at the office the very first thing before going to campsite to fill out one liability per person whether they are riding or not. Liabilities are available to fill out after office hours as well and are located on the porch. Fill one out for each person and slide under door if office closed. Then come back to office at 8am when open.

Negative Coggins is required to be current and presented at the time of arrival and prior to unloading.

The Holiday fee covers two nights and three days. Any additional nights will be an extra charge.

Holiday Fees:

Holiday Adult $65 plus tax (13 yr and over)
Holiday Child $25 plus tax (8-12 yrs)
Holiday Child $10 plus tax (4-7 yrs)

Additional Nights:
Adult (13 and over) $25 plus tax each night
Child (8-12) $5 plus tax each night
Child (4-7) $3.50 plus tax each night

Covered stalls are a one-time fee of $8 plus tax each that covers your whole stay.

Box Stalls are $12 per stall per day, plus a one time clean up fee of $8 per stall.

Good items to bring in addition to your usual supplies:

Wheel Barrow
Wagon
Stall Fork
Spare Fresh Water Tank

Our Camp Farrier will be available all weekend starting Thursday, July 3rd for your convenience.

Our house band Crooked Creek will be playing in the dancehall on Friday and Saturday night only.

Adam Presley will be available for your trailer repair needs during our July Organized ride! He can do A/C service, roof checks, lights, bearings, electrical issues, pretty much anything overall light to medium maintenance. NO FLOOR REPAIRS please. Leave a comment in this post or message Adam if you know of some work you would like him to do during the ride so he can be prepared with parts needed.

Ever wonder what's included during our week-long Organized rides??
From start to finish, we serve 19 meals of down home Southern cooking, guided trail rides from our skilled Trail Bosses on thousands of acres of wooded countryside along the Buffalo River, music and dancing every night with our house band Crooked Creek, Wednesday night Bingo, Thursday Horse Show, Friday Fun Auction, swimming, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, cave exploring, scavenger games and lots of fantastic giveaways during our Friday night drawing.
During our organized rides we will have the following services available for a fee:
Camp Veterinarian (large animal only)
Camp Farrier
Freezebranding
RV Repair
Septic Truck (select days only) sign up in office
Our camp store has tack, toiletries, ice cream and drinks for your convenience.
We also sell: (prices subject to change)
Hay $12 per bale (Orchard Grass and Bermuda)
Shavings $8.50 per bag
Ice $3 per 7lb bag
Our 100 acre campground has over 350 campsites with just electric and over 400 covered stalls in our 16 barns. River water is available at every barn for your horses or mules.
There is one fresh water filling station in the upper camp and one fresh water filling station in the lower camp. Our dump station is in the upper camp. We have a bathhouse with laundry facilities in our upper camp and a bathhouse in our lower camp.
Schedule of events for the 2025 June Organized Ride:
Abbreviated meals start Saturday, June 14th. On Saturday and Sunday (14th and 15th) meals are $10 per adult 13 and over, $5 for children 12 and under.
Full Buffet starts Monday, June 16th and those meals are included in the fees.
Meal times:
Breakfast 7am to 8:30am
Lunch 12pm to 1pm
Supper 5:30pm to 7pm
Sunday night 8pm to 11pm Crooked Creek Band starts the week of dancing and music.
Sunday night 8:45pm Tim and Tracy Aston welcome and introductions.
Monday Trail Bosses start taking riders out. Meet in lower camp near Dance Hall every morning at 8:45am.
Wednesday Bingo with prizes at 7pm in the Dining Hall.
Thursday afternoon starting at 3pm weather permitting will be our Horse Show.
Friday Fun Auction starts at 1:30pm in the Dance Hall. This is a CASH ONLY fun auction. Please feel free to bring items from home to sell.
Friday Night Giveaways: 8:45pm we will do employee introductions, belt buckle presentations and drawing giveaways.

During arrival weekend only, we will charge each person for each meal at the dining hall door. Adults 13 and over will be $10 cash per person, each meal. Children 12 and under will be $5 cash per person, per meal. As of Monday morning, all meals will be included. In the dining hall, lunch and supper time, we serve sweet tea, lemonade and water. If you'd prefer a different beverage, please bring it with you for your visit. At breakfast, we serve coffee, milk and various juices for our drink selections.
Sunday night, we will do introductions and offer plenty of helpful information in the dance hall before the band starts so please be sure to attend if you can.
Monday morning, the Trail Bosses will start taking groups out if you choose to join them.
We will have a septic company available on select days to empty your black tank for $20. You must be present at your trailer for them to provide service. You must sign up in the office at the beginning of the week.
Thursday afternoon starting at 2pm, our Freeze Brander will be offering his services for a fee. Both appointments and walk ins are accepted at that time.
We will have our Fun Auction on Friday afternoon. You are more than welcome to sell any new or gently used items. Please note the auction is cash only.

Memorial Day Holiday weekend

May 23rd to 26th, 2025

Our house band Crooked Creek will be playing on Friday and Saturday night from 8pm to 12am.

JT Ferrell, our Hat Guy will be available all weekend. Get your JT Ferrell hat now!! Don't forget to love on Buster too while you're there.

Todd Fuqua of Fuqua Leather will be our Tack Vendor all weekend with new and custom inventory.

Our Food Vendor will be "A Little Bit of Everything" serving up delicious food all weekend so you don't have to cook during your vacation.

Our Campground Veterinarian is Dr. Elise Jones Williams and will be available for your large animal needs.

Our Campground Farrier Houston Vickers will be set up in our shoeing shack all weekend.
