Sarah Grace Weber Owner & Head Trainer

My love for animals was apparent at an extremely young age. I was often reprimanded for running away to my neighbor's house to play with his dog. Growing up with 7 siblings taught me how to deal with organized chaos and work hard. I grew up in a family of First Responders & Restaurant Owners- Helping people and animals is in my blood. Growing up I played around going between going to Vet School and going into Law Enforcement. I have worked in almost every part of the Pet Industry from Dog Walking, Pet Sitting, Retail at Big Box Stores and Local Pet Stores. This allowed me to transition into managing a few Boarding and Daycare Facilities and working as an Assistant Groomer! I also had the honor of working at Penn Vet Working Dog Center through the University of Pennsylvania's Vet School for a few years. There, I assisted in the training of Dog's for Search and Rescue, Medical Detection and Law Enforcement work. My experience in the pet industry has been mainly targeted towards dog boarding/daycare facilities. My love for animals and interest in directly working with them has been clear from a young age, though only getting introduced to the field 3 years ago. I have extensive experience in working with individual canine behavior and body language. I am very driven to figure out what each dog needs for physical and emotional stimulation balance. When I am not working with someone’s furry baby, I am at home with my own. I have had numerous dogs throughout my life, but currently, I have two bunnies. Bubby and Baxter definitely changed my life and my ideas of what I want to do in the field long-term. Working with Sarah Weber has had the same effect on my professional views and I continue to learn from her every day. I am hoping to become a dog trainer/behavior specialist, then eventually get involved with medicine as a veterinary technician. Taylor Sentman- Apprentice Trainer

My love of animals was apparent from a young age- I grew up watching Animal Planet and the Discovery Channel instead of cartoons and playing with toy animals instead of dolls. My passion only grew with age, and I went on to study animal science in college. After working for several years in the veterinary field as a veterinary technician, I found that I, have a particular interest in canine behavior. I looking forward to exploring new ways of helping pet parents through training and enrichment! I am a “pawrent” to Harvey, a 1 year old Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, and Sampson, a 6 year old black moor goldfish. Some of my interests include reading, hiking, camping, hockey, and houseplants.
