Please be careful with any toxins used around your home and lawn. Another toxic substance is moth balls. Please don’t use them off label and if you must use them as directed make sure they are out of reach of animals and children/babies.
This is the time of year that we need to be aware of the poisonous sprays used on our yards. With a heavy heart as I write this post , Beautiful Cajsa who just went home to her family 10 days ago lost her life due to the toxic spray. Cajsa vomited , became unbalance and collapsed this morning. Many lawn care products contain chemicals like herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers that can be toxic to dogs if ingested or if they come into contact with them. These chemicals can cause various symptoms, ranging from mild to severe, including vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, seizures, and respiratory distress. The family has requested no lawn spray to be done since they got Cajsa but the lawn company failed to follow through. I’m heartbroken for Cajsa and her family . Many hearts were shattered for her loss. Keeping this family in my prayers.
