Dr. Alissa’s son, Garret, got to hang out with us for a bit today, and he was the best emotional support for ALL our patients in the hospital.

We were able to sneak a photo of him snuggling with our sweet patient Betty!

This little kitten was a stray taken in and named Daphne. Well, during the exam with Dr. Sarah we discovered he’s actually a boy and his name was changed to Fred! 😂 We loved seeing little Fred today and can’t wait to watch him grow up!

🎆Refill or ask about oral sedatives for pets that have anxiety with loud noises.
🎇Make sure they have ID. (tag on a collar, microchip, airtag, etc)
🎆Secure them in your house or in a small room with white noise or soothing music.
🎇Don't bring your dogs to see the fireworks, they don't enjoy them like we do!
🎆Keep pets inside if lighting fireworks off at home.

Remember these fluff balls from back in May? They are nine weeks old now! 😍 Dr. Alissa, Nurse Natalie and Jenna had so much fun seeing these puppies grow and fill our building with puppy energy! The puppies enjoyed watching the humans go by outside! 😆

This little 2lb girl came in for her first visit with us today and was so brave for all of her vaccines! Nothing a little Churo can’t fix 😜

Make sure to keep pets hydrated and cool this weekend! ☀️Try to avoid long walks especially on hot pavement! How does your fur family beat the heat? 🔥

Over the weekend, it's also important to make sure that our pets are staying cool, hydrated and safe this weekend. You may want to make sure the dogs are taking walks on the grass this weekend to avoid damage to their paws.

This is Ryder. Ryder turns 9 tomorrow but you would never know! 🤣 Dr. Alissa and Nurse Ali got the pleasure of seeing him for his Wellness Exam today and he made our day! 🥰

💙We love our wonderful Veterinarians so much! They help so many patients and their worried owners every day. Between checking over a kitty before its yearly vaccines, performing surgery to remove a mass on a dog or calling you back with your pet’s bloodwork results they strive to make your pet as healthy and happy as it can be! We appreciate the hard work you do Dr. Alissa, Dr, Sarah and Dr. Beth! !
