Hi everyone! Here is the link to the new app! You can set up your customer file and pet information. Once it’s set up on your end you won’t have to fill anything out other than dates! We’ll be able to send you pictures, vaccination reminders, appointment reminders, invoices and messages! I think it will be pretty handy for you and me! Let me know if you have any questions!

The new app will send out text reminders for upcoming appointments and vaccinations!!! Watch for the link for when we go “Live”

Today is the start of the 2025 Allamakee county fair! Here is a throw back of my right hand gals during their dog showing days! Good luck to all the exhibitors!!! I’ll be in office for boarding drop offs at 9am and 4pm the rest of the week, other times by appointment only, see ya at the fair!

Just a little summer PSA! When your dogs are here for grooming the expectation is that you pick up within 30 mins of us messaging you, 1-2 hours later without notice is unacceptable! If you don’t show up or message us you will not be able to pick up until the next boarding time and fees will be applied. Also if you pick 9am or 4pm for boarding drop off & pick up, please plan travel times appropriately, it’s not fair to us or your dogs to be watching the driveway waiting for you, again if not picked up at designated time your dog will stay until next boarding time slot & you will pay the additional boarding fee! We try really hard to be understanding and flexible but lately these things have been happening daily
