Gotta watch Gerald. He was very nervous of me around his face.

I took extra time.... showed him I won't force or hurt him. Earned his trust. I will continue to earn his trust.

I have to admit though.... loved his long beard. Haha

A man of few words.
A stoic soul.
The kind of dog that looks like he's contemplating the meaning of life while judging your life choices.

Not every dog comes in wagging and bouncing off the walls. Some arrive with quiet confidence, a deep stare, and a heart that takes a little longer to reveal itself.

Gerald was one of those dogs.

No drama.
No nonsense.
Just hard-earned love and thoughtful glances.

And somehow, he completely made my day. ❤️🐾

We don't have room for this sweet girl. But, where she is she can't stay anymore. Is anyone interested?

This sweet girl is at Hydro pound. Seems to be a German shepherd husky mix.
