One of my latest projects has been material evaluation and market identification for Regenatech.

In 2009, the Georgia Theatre in Athens, Georgia burned down. Landus and Richard approached then-owner Wilmot Greene to see if they could rehabilitate the wood salvaged from the fire to create material for use in the rebuild. This video documents our process. We changed our profile image to a beautiful poplar stairwell we crafted in Athens a few years ago. We want to draw your attention to our new website. This site focuses on our Building Science consultation as well as the amazing craftsmanship Watson Springs is known for. Like many businesses, we may change exactly what we do, but our motive is always for the love of the wood.
