Our pets are family, and keeping them safe is a part of loving them as well. Did you know many everyday household items can be dangerous for our pets? From foods in the kitchen to plants in the living room, curious noses can sometimes get into things they shouldn't.

Some common pet toxins include:
🍇Chocolate, Grapes, Raisins, Onions, and Garlic
🍬Xylitol (found in sugar-free gum and candy)
🌷Certain plants like lilies or tulips
💊Human medications
🫧Cleaning products
🪤Pesticides & Rodenticides - rat poison and slug bait can be deadly even in small amounts

👉What's one thing you keep out of reach to keep your pets safe?

Recognize the signs of poisoning:
●Vomiting, diarrhea, drooling
●Lethargy or weakness
●Tremors, seizures, or unsteady walking
●Difficulty breathing or pale gums
