KD Sport Horses in Watertown, WI is looking to fill a variety of positions, both full and part time. Established Hunter/Jumper boarding and training facility. Biweekly payroll, must be legal to work in the US, reliability, communication, and reliable transportation is a must for all positions.

Part Time
-weekday and weekend morning stall cleaning and chore hours start at 7 am, don’t need equine experience, but more opportunities could be available if you have experience or interest.
-3 pm start time afternoon chores, equine experience preferred. Weekday and weekend hours available, regular days preferred, need more than one day a week available.

Full Time
Facilities Assistant Manager
-managing daily schedules
-managing medication/feeding/watering schedules
-coordinating schedules around vendor (farrier, vet, body work, etc) schedules
-communicating with employees and other management
-updating stall/feed cards
-facility cleaning, includes regular stall cleaning assisted by part time employees
-stay at home position, weekend requirement
-willingness to arrange personal schedule around a well planned horse show schedule

Entry Level Position available

Full time entry level, equine facility and support position at KD Sport Horses in Watertown WI. Ability to bring personal horse/board discount potentially available for the right individual. 6:30 am start in the winter months , 7 am start in the warmer months. This is mostly a cleaning and facilities position but is the place to start in the equine industry and have the drive and determination to make it a career. Great work environment, but it is hard work. Wonderful facility with horse minded management. 20ish stalls daily, feeding hay outside, ability to drive equipment ideal, but can train. Must be able to move and manipulate 70ish lbs regularly, must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions. Tons of learning and development opportunities for the right driven individual. KD Sport Horses in Watertown, WI is looking for experienced equine help for both weekday and weekend afternoon shifts. Start time is approx 3 pm and usually takes about 2 hours, can vary shorter or longer dependent on number of horses and weather. Start time can be flexible for local after school hours as well. Reliable transportation and dependability a must. Weekends are a priority and must also be able to work more than one afternoon per week/weekend. Please PM.

Stall cleaner/Entry Level Position available

Full time entry level, salaried, equine facility and support position at KD Sport Horses in Watertown WI. 6:30 am start in the winter months , 7 am start in the warmer months. KD Sport Horses in Watertown WI is looking for additional weekend help. Must be able to regularly do both morning and afternoon shifts, so close proximity to Watertown is helpful. Morning feeding starts at 6 am. Turnout starts around 6:30. Saturday morning chores take until about 10:30 am, Sunday morning chores take until about noon. Afternoon chores start at 3 pm and take about 2 hours, all hours can vary depending on number of horses and weather.
We are also interested in long term Sunday stall help, which would include 20+ stalls to clean and little to no handling. However, equine handling experience is preferred for other chore positions and willing to train the right individual, great environment, must be reliable and willing to work in and out of barns in all weather conditions. Biweekly payroll, so must be legal to work in the US and must be at least 15 years old with reliable transportation. Please PM for wage and additional information, comments may not be followed.
