After more than four decades of dedicated service to the community, Dr. Mark Rieb, DVM, is retiring from ownership and daily operations of Care Small Animal Hospital. Dr. Rieb has proudly served pet owners and their animals for more than 40 years, building a trusted and compassionate veterinary practice known for high-quality care.

Dr. Rieb will officially transition ownership of Care Small Animal Hospital on June 1st to Dr. Olivia Mellgren, who has been a familiar and valued part of the clinic team for several years, practicing part-time and caring for patients alongside Dr. Rieb.

Following the ownership transition, the clinic will begin operating under a new name, Apex Veterinary Center, reflecting a continued commitment to exceptional care and a forward-looking vision for the future.
