This audio could NOT be more accurate for Miss Ivy. 😂

If you’ve ever had the chance to ride Ivy or run a pattern on her, you already know—this girl likes to HUG those barrels. 🤣 That last barrel was definitely a close call!

And then, coming out of the gate, she decided to turn REAL sharp and nearly take my leg off on the panel. 😂😂

We absolutely love her, and she is SO much fun, but let’s just say… Miss Ivy is a spicy little lady! 🌶️🐴🤣

Would we change her? Absolutely not. Would we like to keep all of our limbs? Also yes. 😂❤️

Sunny days Horse Training is needing your help

I want to find the kiddo who truly deserves this opportunity.

I am willing to donate the use of a horse AND travel to the shows because I would love nothing more than to give a deserving child the chance to experience something they’ve always dreamed about. 🤠

Maybe you’re a kid who has always wanted to ride.
Maybe you’ve dreamed of becoming a barrel racer, but finances, circumstances, or other obstacles have always gotten in the way.
Maybe you simply haven’t had the opportunity or the resources to make that dream happen.

Couldn’t be more proud of my girls! ❤️

Everyone went out last night with one goal: have a great time, hang out, make memories—and maybe bring home a few ribbons along the way! 🏆🎀

You girls are absolutely amazing. Seeing the smiles on each and every one of your faces reminds me exactly why I do what I do. I love watching you all hang out, make jokes, cheer one another on, and most importantly, create memories that will last a lifetime. ❤️🐴

A huge shoutout to the Game Horse Association for an amazing night! Thank you so much for being so patient with all of us and for putting together such a fun event.

We even got to bring out two babies last night, and they did absolutely fantastic! 🥹❤️ Watching them experience their first shows and seeing how proud the girls are of their horses is something so special.

Here’s to many more shows, more ribbons, more memories, and plenty more adventures with the girls, the horses, and the babies! 🐴🏆❤️

Soaking up every last minute of summer fun! ☀️🐴💦

We had the BEST time with some horseback swimming! Not only did we get the girls in on the fun, but we convinced some of the moms to hop on and join us too! 😂❤️

So many memories, laughs, good times, cool water, awesome horses, and even better company! These are the summer days we’ll be talking about for years to come. 🥰🐴💦

Nothing beats making memories with our horse family! ❤️

What an incredible, busy, FUN weekend we had! 🤎🐴

Friday kicked things off with lessons, trail rides, a petting zoo, farm sitting, and a barrel race in Salem County that didn’t wrap up until 1 AM! 🫣🏇

Then it was right back at it Saturday morning with early lessons before heading over to Atco Assembly of God’s Kids Fest for pony rides and our petting zoo! 🐴🐐🐰 What a fun day!

We finished out Saturday evening with the girls helping me feed the farm and get everyone tucked in for the night. ❤️

And then… right back at it Sunday! A full day of lessons, trail rides, and more farm-sitting clients. 🐴🌿

I truly couldn’t be more blessed to have such a busy weekend doing what I love. I’m so thankful for every client, every event, every opportunity, and especially everyone who continues to support Sunny Days Horse Training LLC.

Thank you to everyone who supports us, books with us, recommends us, shares our posts, lends a helping hand, and continues to believe in what we’re building. It means more than you know! ❤️

Riding is so much more❤️

A horse can’t be hurried or persuaded by empty words. Children must slow down, pay attention and communicate clearly. This may be exactly why time spent with horses can have such a powerful effect on youngsters.

Horseback riding engages the body, mind and emotions all at the same time. A rider must notice where they are looking, how they are sitting, what their hands are doing and how the horse is responding. The feedback is immediate. When a child becomes tense, distracted or unclear, the horse may slow down, change direction or simply stand still. The child learns to pause, adjust and try again.

This relationship can be especially valuable and helpful for children with ADHD, autism, anxiety, sensory differences and other developmental or emotional needs. Riding provides movement and sensory input while also requiring sustained attention. Children practice listening, following sequential directions and reading nonverbal signals. They also begin to recognize how their energy, posture and body language can affect another living being.
