March Essence of The Month

This month on a sunny day in VT when sunshine and a dash of warmth fueled my soul with the promise of springtime I sat in my office and opened my heart setting intention for channeling an essence that could most serve the members of the essence club collectively. The Earthworm collective immediately stepped forward asking to guide me. They told me to go home to my backyard to the garden where Cosmos grew this summer. My yard that has been covered in a blanket of snow knee deep for months. They said find the soil! I grabbed a bottle filled it with spring water and zipped home and into my backyard which to be honest I have been avoiding,

I planted myself in the soil that yes was peeking through the snow there! Immediately a quartz rock we took home from a rushing mountain river in Stowe to bless our garden asked to bring her essence into the bottle first. Here is her message.

" The Rhythmic shifts are happening. The Soil, The Sea, The trees we invite you to connect. To firmly root your body and soul to the Earth and her bounty. To plant your feet firmly on the surface of the Earth. If you have felt like you are floating you are not alone. Humans have been trapped in multiple timelines, disconnected from their true nature, disconnected from their bodies. Disconnected from the divine that flows through each of you and each being on Earth and beyond.

Next the Earthworms were ready to share their frequency with this collective.
Their message was quite honestly difficult to translate to my liking into language. They showed me their bodies and how they can be all at once soft, flexible, adaptable and strong. They showed me also healing of the gut lining and how that translates to the neural plasticity necessary now as future ways of communicating are unfolding.

My cat Mac was outside for the first time in months enjoying the warm sunshine. Back to his beloved Cosmos where he spent hours and hours and hours sitting in the garden this summer. He asked to sit with me and help to channel the frequency and message of the cosmos into this essence for you. The message he shared.

" Behold the splender of the cosmos. Inside each of us we are spledid reflections of the universe. May all of your cells, all of your organs harmonize for robust physical fortitude and vitality through these upgrades. Heart expansion and connection within yourself and within the universe. Hearts open can heal the body and interconnect systems of communication unlike those known before. Telepathy will be something experienced universally once we all uplift to this frequency.

Many ask how to use their essence. The answer is however you want! Place her on an altar. Put a drop in your water bottle for the day. Take a drop directly by mouth. Rub a bit over your heart space. Truly however you are called. Sometimes I like to put a bit on the bottom of my right foot as I step into something new.
