The lady on the right help me learn to ride. She was very generous to me. We are total opposites on politics. Really opposites. I was so glad to see her and Delta. Big hugs all around. That is the way it should be. Horses are great levelers. So are nice people.

These two horses are the STARS of the Oak Hill this month, owned by Don Dickerson. In the turquoise bridle is Gypsy. She had a rough start, multiple owners. Don never gave up on her. She rode the trail like a queen yesterday. She hadn’t been ridden in a few months. Charles Ray warmed her up and off she went. The next horse is Maverick in the front also owned by Don. Maverick was perfect, knew his job. He has been here several weeks, a newcomer. He follows Don around like a puppy. Good stories are worth sharing.
