Despite their tiny size, Serama chickens are actually quite good at laying eggs. They tend to lay about four eggs a week, for a total of between 180 and 200 eggs a year. However, these eggs are as small as the parent birds. It takes about five Serama eggs to add up to a regular chicken egg's size.
5/17 Whiting true green
The Whiting True Greens are excellent green egg layers. This relatively new breed is popular as hens lay consistent large, green eggs, have an astounding feed-to-egg conversion, are not likely to set, and free range well.
Mature birds range from reddish to chesnut in color, have a single comb, yellow legs, and are on the light side — averaging around 4-7 pounds. Day-old baby chicks display a variety of colors from golden to chestnut to a darker reddish brown.
The Whiting True Greens were developed by Dr. Tom Whiting, a poultry geneticist specializing in developing feathers for the fly-fishing industry.

Cayuga duck is one of the most popular ducks for exhibition. They are calm and love foraging for many of the destructive insects in your yard and/or garden. The hens are good egg producers and lay a variety of shades of black, gray, and white eggs.

5/17 chocolate and white fawn runner duck Runners are an amazingly unique breed with a strong slender body and an upward stance. They were originally bred for their mobility and high egg production. They tend to have a more nervous temperament. We offer four different colors of Runner ducks, black, chocolate, fawn, and white and blue.
Purpose: Foraging/Ornamental Production: 180 Large White Tinted Blue/Green To Dark Green Eggs/Year Temperament: Docile, Active Mature Weight: 4-5 lbs. Hardiness: Cold and Heat Hardy Broodiness: Rarely
5/17 The Khaki Campbell is one of the more famous and popular duck breeds due to its excellent egg production. It was introduced in 1901 by Mrs. Adele Campbell of Gloucestershire, England. She experimented with Runners crossed with Rouens and Mallards but never revealed the exact genetic makeup of her Campbells. The advantage over the pure Runner was a more useful carcass for meat and improved egg production. Khaki Campbells are a very hardy breed that tends to be nervous, energetic, are great foragers, and do tend to be broody.
