Hidden Gem Acres, where horses are our treasured jewels.

Small Premier Care Barn in Washougal, WA. We currently have room for one/two horse(s). Facility usage, feeding, cleaning, and individual care cost $650 to $675 per horse, depending on feeding requirements. Easy keepers or ponies $625 per month.
Seasonal services provided in price include: Blankets on/off, Fly Masks on/off, and Fly Spray applied. Indoor arena turnout while cleaning stalls during the rainy season. Individual 1/2 acre to 1-acre pasture turnout, weather permitting.
60' x 120' mixed sand footing with LED-lit indoor arena. Groomed regularly.
75' x 240' outside arena seasonal area to ride, plus property acreage. The neighborhood is ride-friendly.
12'x12' wood and metal bar stalls with automatic waterers, 3/4" mats + bedding, (sawdust or straw) with attached 12' x 9'5" 3-sided shelter and 12' x 75' pea gravel paddocks. All areas are cleaned 2 x per day during the rainy season.
Horses are turned out into the indoor arena while stalls are being cleaned during the rainy season.
We grow and feed our grass hay & Low Sugar alfalfa. Hay is kept inside an enclosed barn area and tarped. We use slow-feed HayChix Hay Nets. Horses are fed forage throughout the day if not out on pasture. Hay is weighed out for each individual horse's discussed requirements, and boarding is priced according to each horse's feeding requirements.
We are situated on 7 acres, with all fences being post-and-electric wire. We offer 1/2 acre to one-acre individual turnout pastures and 100' x 50' dry lots. Pasture & dry lot turn out, weather permitting.
11'8" x 12'10" separate storage grain room. Supplements/medications/grains, etc., are the responsibility of the horse owner and must be bagged for serving.
11' x 6" x 13' x 6" Heated/AC Tack Room with leather sofa. Carpeted saddle racks & Bridle hangers provided. (Okay to bring your own tiered saddle racks.)
(1) Separate 12'x12' matted Tack up stall.
Matted Hot and Cold 12' x 12' wash & tack up area.
An arena observatory room.
Matted concrete aisleway.
Barn hours 7 am - 9 pm. (unless showing)
