Beautiful night for an open house! Late October sunsets. Across the street- winco and restaurants. You can’t beat this location off 164th!
Made goodie boxes with qt code for information on the listing for the neighbors. It was nice to meet some of the wonderful neighbors out for an evening walk. Had an opportunity to tell some of them about the big price adjustment and more incentives.
There is no denying this is a tough market for sellers right now. You have to be priced competitively, be market ready. And you have to stay consistent keeping the home in front of buyers. Open houses are one of the many ways I do this!
