To our valued customers at The Northern Border, LLC,

We wanted notify you all about the new changes being made to our building rental policy and schedule.

SCHEDULE 🗓️

With our growing agility program, we will be dedicating Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week to accommodate the classes and workshops with Courtney Huther (our new head agility trainer) starting the 1st of March, 2025.

To coincide with other agility facilities, we are only going to offer building rentals on certain days/times in order to make running the heat/electric more economic; especially in the winter months.

The new rental days/times are as followed: (You can rent the 8 o’clock block and the building will close at 9pm) - effective March 1, 2025

Monday (10am - 8pm)

Thursday (10am - 8pm)

Friday (4pm - 8pm) - Only available on weekends that we do not have agility trials

Saturday (10am - 8pm) - Only available on weekends that we do not have agility trials

I hope these adjustments can align with your schedules and training needs!

POLICY ℹ️⚠️

1. Please make sure your dogs are FULLY potty trained and have used the bathroom OUTSIDE before renting the turf area. The turf is not equipped to handle messes, and has a special orthopedic matting underneath that makes the impact less on our dogs, and humans. We do have cameras and will be charging a $50 clean-up fee if your dogs have an accident. If the dog is a repeat offender, you will not be permitted to continue to rent the turf. You must let one of the staff members or myself know if an accident happens, so we can properly sanitize the turf. If no one is available, we will leave a notepad on the white table to inform us of the accident (make sure you let us know where the accident took place). PLEASE USE THE PROVIDED PAPER TOWELS TO SOAK UP THE ACCIDENT AND SANITIZER SPRAY FOR IMMEDIATE CLEAN-UP; and we will professionally clean between renters.

2. ALL p**p MUST be cleaned up and placed in one of the designated garbage cans or dumpster. Do not place your p**p bags in the cans inside. Please do not let your dogs p*e on the building or signage near the building, and walk them in the area opposite the driveway (on the hillside).

3. FEMALES IN SEASON are NOT Permitted in ANY PART of the facility without a diaper WITH a liner.

4. When training, please use food that does not crumble easily. The food being left on the ground between renters is causing issues for others in training.

5. DO NOT take your dogs into the bathroom OR onto the “rubber matted” side of the building. We have private obedience lessons or working dog training going on throughout the day, and it is very disturbing to the dog/handler teams.

6. Your dogs must be ON LEASH when entering or leaving the building.
