A new addition to the crew a couple weeks ago. He’s been fun and his daily greeting always puts a smile on my face.

He’s started to learn his role as c**t trainer and I look forward to him helping make our lives considerably easier this fall.

1/2/26 update. Max headed to his new home this morning. He’ll get to spend some time in the Feedyard and on the ranch and then begin his show career. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for him and his new family.

Looking for a project to start your New Year out right?
Max was gelded the day before Christmas (Merry Christmas to him 😂) and is ready to head to his new barn.
He’s quiet, willing, super smart, athletic and a beautiful mover in a balanced package. Will be extremely versatile and go whatever direction you might like to take him. He’s really been a fun dude to work with. Coming two year old, located in north central Kansas.

Time for the obligatory “I’m freezing" meme. 😂 We skated by longer than usual so I’m grateful for that…. BUT, the nice long fall makes winter feel particularly rude. It could (and will) be worse so for now I’m reminding myself to be grateful. Have a blessed day….and if you live somewhere warm, PLEASE don’t tell me how beautiful it is there. 😘
