Two new bull calves on the farm! (Shhhh…Wish they were heifers!) They are out of our Jersey/Jersey cross cows by our British White bull. Look at the beautiful colors! Not sure what the future “job” of these baby bulls will be just yet. Right now we are happy to watch them doing the zombies around the farm and sharing the milk from their mamas. ❤️

We are a small family farm that produces specialty grass fed lamb, as well as raw cow, sheep and goats milk and other farm products year round. Our raw milks are only sold as part of a herd share program. Message us for details on how to purchase your own herd share for luscious, creamy raw milk. All of our dairy and meat animals are regularly disease tested and naturally raised on grass. Our specialty signature meat is grass-fed, gourmet Icelandic lamb in season every fall. We are also proud to offer the exceptional wool and fiber goods from our Icelandic sheep, including knitting and rug yarns, roving, raw fleeces and hand spun yarns. Occasionally we have non-GMO pastured pork, various plants and Icelandic breeding stock. We prefer to sell direct to consumers and chefs, and we welcome farm visitors with prior appointment.

We are selling cuts of our own grass raised lamb and goat direct from the farm. These animals spent their whole lives on our farm pastures. Just butchered and packaged this week by a professional butcher. We have whole bone in goat and lamb legs, lamb chops, lamb shanks and our favorite ground goat and lamb (separately) in 1 pound packages. Also taking orders now for our woodland KuneKune pork. It is dark, rich and amazingly delicious pork We will have whole and half pigs available as well as packaged cuts. PM me for details on price and pick up, etc.

It has been a few long, cold weeks on the farm, to say the least. We have struggled to keep water buckets de-iced and animals as comfortable as possible in these very frigid temperatures. There a lot going on here on the farm, though and lots to be excited about! We ultrasounded Israel, our Berkshire sow, and she is pregnant with her first litter! Our Jersey cow, Poppy, had a bull calf a few days before Christmas so we have plenty of our own milk and cream now-yum! And....we have a new farm dog puppy! Finn is an English Shepherd who is learning the ropes!
