Rusty Horse Farms

Hello friends!!! Hope you are doing well. Rusty Horse Farms has been shut down for a couple years now. I still get messages from people wanting riding lessons, training or the are looking for a horse. But, sadly, we are no longer in operation and in fact, we sold the farm and moved to Kittanning Pa. we purchased another farm here and it’s just us, the dogs and our three horses. We still raise hay and sell it. But, we are getting older and are winding down for a retirement that includes a couple horses, some cattle, cutting hay, fishing, hunting, remodeling and general sort of fun.

I’m going to continue to leave this page up for those of you who enjoy going back and looking at all the cool photos. The pics in this post are from the new farm.

Hi folks. I’ve got a real pretty stock horse I need to find a home for. She’s real pretty, has a great personality. She was left here by a boarder back when we did alot of boarding. I don’t need much to let her go. She is unbroke and needs a good hand to help her out.

Hi Folks. We're entering a new era here at Rusty Horse Stables and North Fork Performance Horses. We're cutting back and trying to focus more on two areas. We are going to offer limited boarding and we are going to raise high quality Quarter Horses.

We have a limited amount of full and partial board as well as some pasture board. In the past we have boarded as many as 26 horses. We are going to reduce that dramatically. We currently have 2 openings for stall board and three openings for pasture board.

We also have a variety of 2 yo, yearling and weanling quarter horses for sale. With bloodlines such as Lazy Loper, Invitation Only and W***y Be Invited.

Hey Folks. You need to come to the stables today!! We have a great tack sales/swap going in. We have halters, leads, saddles, pony carts, clothes, chaps, hundreds of great bits, boots... you name it. Heck, we even have horses for sale. Lots of them. You need to get here. I'm sellin' my stuff cheap. Gen Kraus, Jesi Reed, Sheri Schneeburger are all here today sellin'. Here are some pics.
