Mini is the sweetest girl! She is an older indoor cat that is playful and gives the best purrs. She even chases her own tail! Honestly she will love you to bits if you just sit with her and pet her.

She does have issues using a litterbox if there are multiple cats using it. She would be a great kitty for an older person looking for a companion.

Due to our continued displacement from a tornado taking our house in May, we have been trying to find her a good home. She is currently living in a garage, and she would love to be able to rejoin a household.

We would have to make this a permenant rehoming because of her age. She deserves someone who can love her until it is her time to go.

CALLING ALL LOCAL VENDORS!

We’re inviting the community — and their pups! — to join us for a spook-tacular afternoon celebrating local makers, pet lovers, and the incredible work of our Direct Support Professionals.

This free community event is part block party, part career fair, and 100% heart… with a little extra Halloween magic sprinkled in! 🎃👻

There is no vendor fee to participate, but if you’d like to contribute, we would be incredibly grateful for a donation to support one of the following:

The event’s door prize basket
Daviess County Friends for Animals (monetary or pet supplies — food, toys, bowls, beds, etc.)

🐾 Puppies Available for Adoption! 🐾

We have two adorable 9-week-old puppies looking for their forever homes!

Brown pup: Male
Black pup: Female

These sweet little ones are playful, affectionate, and full of energy. They love running around, playing with toys, and getting lots of attention. Their mom is a gentle and well-behaved Labrador with a loving temperament.

Shiloh Update 🐾

Just wanted to share a quick update — Shiloh had his surgery and is recovering well! He’s been such a trooper through it all. He gets his stitches out this week, and we’re so proud of how strong he’s been. Thanks to everyone who sent donations and love his way! 💛
