🐾 Meet Axel! Our Newest Board & Train Superstar 🐾

Say hello to Axel, our newest board and train client! This handsome guy is a Blue Heeler (Australian Cattle Dog) — smart, loyal, and full of energy. Axel’s here to sharpen his obedience skills, work on leash manners, and learn how to channel all that heeler drive into positive outlets.

Heelers are known for their incredible intelligence and strong work ethic — they were originally bred to herd cattle in the rugged Australian outback. That means they’re quick learners, but they also need plenty of mental stimulation and consistent leadership to keep their brilliant minds busy.

A few fun facts about heelers:

🐾 They’re often called “Velcro dogs” because they love to stick close to their humans.

🐾 They can run up to 30 miles per hour — talk about athletic!

🐾 Their signature “blue” or “red” coat comes from mottled or speckled fur patterns.
