It’s with heavy hearts that we share the passing of one of our beloved Animal Visitation Program dogs, Milo.
Milo wasn’t just part of our Red Cross team—he was a loyal friend to everyone who had the chance to meet him. From visiting schools and community events to simply offering a calm presence and a wagging tail, Milo had a gift for making people smile and feel at ease.
He brought comfort to Soldiers, families, and staff all across Camp Zama, and his impact will be remembered for years to come.
Thank you, Milo, for all the love you shared with our community. You’ll be deeply missed but never forgotten. ❤️

In recognition of National Preparedness Month this September, USAG Japan DPTMS is organizing a staff ride to the Kanagawa Prefecture Disaster Prevention Center.

This is a valuable and cool opportunity to engage with disaster preparedness tools, including earthquake, flood, and storm damage simulators.

The meeting time is 1 p.m. at Bldg. 102, and this is open to all personnel.
