Veterinary Receptionist Week was this past week, and it’s the perfect time to recognize the incredible work our reception team does every single day. From greeting clients with warmth and compassion to managing busy schedules and helping keep the clinic running smoothly, their role is essential to everything we do. The doctors, technicians and groomer truly appreciate their dedication, patience, and the calm they bring to even the most hectic days. We’re grateful for all that they do to support both our team and the pets and families we care for.
