Keep in mind this species of tortoise can get up to 200lbs and will need supplemental heat when the weather is below 70. They do NOT hibernate. This is Daisy she came to us a few weeks ago with 3 other bearded dragons. All 3 were fairly sick and this pretty girl was the worst. She is still recovering, she is still chocking on her saliva due to her respiratory infection. she is still on antibiotics but she has shown improvement ❤️ before she was chocking throughout the day and now it’s only when she eats or I move her. She’s getting fluids and some good mushy syringe food to help keep her strong. 🤞she is so sweet I look forward to seeing her thrive

I haven’t posted in a few weeks I am sorry. I have had a lot going on with my mental health and needed to focus on that plus caring for family and animals so naturally social media was on pause. Those of you who know me already know this but those of you who are new to me don’t, I deal with anxiety and depression on and off for as long as I can remember. It’s improve so much over the years however still occasionally I have times where the depression hits me for no reason. I spend about a week sometimes more in that fog and eventually pull myself out and get back to normal. It doesn’t happen as much as it use to but still gets me from time to time. I’m sorry to those of you I didn’t get a chance to respond to or help. I tried my best to help but a few of you I missed and I definitely didn’t answer any calls. I am sorry.
I’m trying to get back to normal here and help everyone.

We have several reptiles waiting on homes. Bearded dragon, sucalcata tortoises, ball pythons, corn snakes, king snakes, chameleon, and an iguana. We are full at the moment and can’t take more in until we get more adoptions. With each adoption we ask for proof of enclosure. If you are local I do have a few enclosures for sell. Please share and help them find homes. Located in Wasco ca. shipping will be available within the states once the weather cools off.

This beautiful girl is safe after she was found in the street abandoned. The family who found her looked for her owners without luck. She’s very thin but so very sweet natured. Getting her setup into quarantine where she will be watched for a while.
