Just like a tree can’t flourish without strong roots, you can’t rise without a solid foundation within yourself.

When your root chakra is strong, you feel safe in your body and supported by life itself. You move through your days with energy, vitality, and trust in your path. You attract what aligns with you because you’re grounded in your worth and anchored in your truth.

When this energy center is weak or blocked, you might feel anxious, tired, or unsteady. It can show up as survival mode, money fears, or a constant search for stability. You may even feel disconnected from your body or the world around you.
