It was almost 6 months ago that I posted this when we had -30 windchills and now we are are all sweating our butts off😆

My heart always breaks when owners call to tell me their dogs have crossed the rainbow bridge. A lot of times there is raw emotion in the convo and it’s definitely heart felt on our(groomers) side too. We have worked with your pets for years and loved on them while talking them through their grooms.
This career is a beautiful one that means so much to me. I can’t imagine ever doing anything but this for the remainder of my life.
It’s also a mentally draining one sometimes for many reasons and the top being, we feel all the losses. They impact us too. And I love my customers and I feel so much empathy when they are hurting from the loss. And then there is also mourning the loss of those customers you’ve built a relationship with as well. Some days, we just need a day or 2 to take it all in and BREATH.
Just saying, we loved them(and you!) and will miss them too.
