Recently completed this Replica of the State Record Burbot caught on Lake of the Woods. Was honored to receive a couple awards for this one at the MN Taxidermy show last weekend! The Polytranspar Award is given to the best painted entry using polytranspar paints and the McKenzie Award is for Taxidermist’s choice in the fish division. This was a fun one to do!

This Cooler Mount represents a decent day of fishing on Lake of the Woods! A few nice walleye and a jumbo perch. For real, this is a mount! Was fun to bring this to the MN Taxidermy Guild Convention, we were humbled to receive the CHOICE AWARD sponsored by the Minnesota Taxidermy School. This was a fun one to put together. :)
