These littles are getting so big. They love to be able to free range all day. This should guarantee a superior meat when ready to process. We will have 26 of these available sometime around the end of July. They will be very limited this go around so jump on the list while it’s available!

This was a review that a new customer left. We absolutely love to hear that our customers are pleased with the meat that we supply. Our animals are not factory raised like some to where there hooves never touch the ground and they are just pumped feed. All of the animals here on the farm have the very best life imaginable while here on the farm. They are allowed to graze and forage which gives the meat a red and marbled appearance the same as beef. Because of the marbeling it has a different texture and taste to it.

So here is our running list of current pork available:

Pork chops
Pork loin
Spare ribs
Ham
Ham steaks
Lard
Sausage
Thick cut bacon

Any of this can be picked up from the farm, local meet or shipped. All of our pigs are raised on pasture and grain finished. Their meat is a deep rich red that is marbled just like beef and will melt in your mouth. We use no hormones or antibiotics on them even to the point we feed massive amounts of pumpkins as a natural worker.

This would make a wonderful Christmas present for friends or loved ones.

Know what you’re buying. This picture has store beef(left), and farm beef(right). There is an obvious visible difference between the two! But the differences don’t stop there!

1. You may notice in the picture the color difference. The store bought could be pumped full of additives and water. There isn’t a guarantee of where that beef came from either. Yes, it may have USDA label on it but as long as that animal was packaged in the US, it can be called a Product of the USA. The meat in the package is not from one single cow, rather scraps from multiple cows. It could have came from Argentina, Canada, or Brazil.

2. The beef on the right is darker and is farm raised beef. It is filled with more nutrients & flavor. The ground is also from one cow and not just scraps from multiple cows.

3. Buying your beef from a local Farmer/Rancher you are helping to buy a little girl dance shoes or a little boy baseball gear. Buying from the store just lines the pockets of the already wealthy meat packers. Let’s help each other. We help you eat healthy, you help us provide for our families.

Drum roollllll please…. Here was what I have been waiting for what seems like an eternity to get!! This is our farm raised pork that has been usda processed so it can now be sold by the pack!! I’m soooo super excited about this. This pork along with in the near future goat, lamb and beef will all be available for pick up from the farm, can meet with in reason and can be shipped also. I will have a list up shortly of what is available for now until the website is done.

Yeah not a spot I ever thought I would be in because chickens are necessarily my thing, but this girl is one of my favorite chickens and she got wet and cold last night so now I have her in the house getting warm! Ughhhh she is also one of my best laying hens so here I go pulling out all the stops to try my best to nurse her back to health!!
