Looking for a part-time job on the weekends?!? WE NEED WEEKEND WORKERS!! [Has the potential to become full-time, but must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays--full days!]

We'll be accepting resumes and will then be contacting applicants for interviews thereafter. 🐱 🐾

* PART-TIME (POTENTIAL for full-time)
* Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays (and holidays if they fall on Saturday or Sunday.]
* Must be at least 21 years old
* Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
* Must have reliable transportation to/from work
* References will be checked

Duties may include, but not be limited to:
* Cleaning kennels
* Feeding and watering animals
* Walking dogs
* Interacting with dogs and cats for daily exercise and enrichment
* Laundry, cleaning (sweeping/mopping, etc.)
* Washing dishes (pet feeding and water bowls)

Have a rodent problem in your barn? Need a shop cat to keep you company while you work? Cinnamon Butter is your gal! This beautiful girl is NOT going to be your snuggle buddy and would probably not do well as a house cat. She does not enjoy being picked up but does okay with the occasional head scratch as long as it is on her terms. If you have a barn or shop that could meet the needs of this sassy girl, come out to ODAS and ask to meet Cinnamon Butter! She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccines and preventative care. 🐾

Looking for EXPERIENCED foster for mama dog and litter (preferably someone who lives in Warrensburg--but must be in Johnson County, MO). Must have reliable transportation and comply with ALL REQUESTS to return mama and babies to the shelter as needed. Must have an area in your home that is isolated away from noise, small children, and any other pets. Prefer someone who is not away from home for extended periods of time.

AND JUST LIKE THAT--LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER--MISSY HAS A NEW HOME!!!! 🥰🐾

Are you looking to add the perfect new fur friend to your house? If so, meet Missy! Missy unfortunately had to be surrendered to the shelter due to no fault of her own. She is a 3-year-old female Australian shepherd mix and is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccines and preventative care. On top of being SO sweet, she is an easy walk on a leash, good with kids, cats, and available for meet and greets with all other dogs in the house. She really is perfect! Come meet Missy today! 🐾
