🐾 Two very different personalities. One very important job: keeping me entertained.

I had the pleasure of spending some time with these two cuties in their own home, where they get to stick to their normal routines, enjoy their familiar surroundings, and of course… make sure I know who’s really in charge.

🐶 One is giving “OMG YOU’RE HERE!!!” energy.

🐱 The other is giving “I’ll allow you to stay… but I’ll be watching.” 👀

And honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way.

One of the things I love most about Wags & Whiskers Pet Services is being able to care for pets where they’re happiest — at home, surrounded by their favorite things and their normal routines.

Say hello to this beautiful, sweet girl!

Sadie is the definition of quiet elegance. She’s calm, gentle, and has the sweetest presence about her. She may not be the loudest pup in the room, but she definitely knows how to make herself unforgettable.

And can we talk about that distinguished little gray face?! She is absolutely gorgeous!

Sadie is the kind of girl who is perfectly content just hanging out, soaking up some love, and enjoying the simple things.

We’re so happy to have this sweet girl as part of the Wags & Whiskers family! 🖤

Izzy is sweet, silly, and absolutely convinced that she deserves ALL the attention — and honestly, we’re not going to argue with her.

Booking & Cancellation Policy ‼️

To ensure that every client receives the time and attention their pets deserve, Wags & Whiskers Pet Services is updating our booking and cancellation policy.

🐾 50% Deposit Required to Secure Your Dates

Beginning immediately, a 50% deposit will be required to officially secure and hold your requested dates.

Your dates are not considered booked until the deposit has been received. This allows us to reserve that time specifically for you and your pets.

The remaining balance will be due before or at the start of your scheduled services.

🐾 Cancellation Policy

We completely understand that plans can change! However, because your dates are reserved exclusively for you, cancellations can prevent us from accepting other clients.

* Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled service: Your deposit may be transferred to a future booking or refunded, at the discretion of Wags & Whiskers.
* Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled service: The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
* If Wags & Whiskers must cancel due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

🐾 Rescheduling

We are happy to work with clients who need to change their dates whenever our availability allows. Deposits may be transferred to new dates one time, provided the request is made at least 3 days in advance.

New dates are subject to availability.

💕 Why We’re Making This Change

As a small local business, our schedule is our livelihood. When we reserve dates for your pets, we are turning away other clients who may need those same dates.

This policy helps protect our business while allowing us to continue providing reliable, personalized care to every pet in our Wags & Whiskers family.

WAGS & WHISKERS PET SERVICES — FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We get lots of questions from new pet parents, so we thought we’d put some of the most common ones all in one place! ✨

🐶 What services do you offer?
We offer 30-minute drop-in visits and overnight pet sitting in your home. We also offer special pet care services for events and weddings!

🏡 Do you watch pets in your home or mine?
Your pets stay in the comfort of their own home! We come to them so they can stick to their normal routine, surroundings, and favorite nap spots.

⏰ How long are drop-in visits?
Our standard drop-in visits are at least 30 minutes, giving us plenty of time for potty breaks, meals, fresh water, playtime, cuddles, and whatever else your pets need.

💊 Can you give medications?
Yes! We can help with many routine medications and special care instructions. Just let us know what your pet needs when booking.

🐱 Do you care for cats too?
Absolutely! Cats are family, too. We’re happy to care for dogs, cats, and other household pets.

📅 How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you know your travel dates, reach out! Our schedule can fill quickly, especially around holidays and weekends.

🔑 How does access to my home work?
We’ll discuss the best and safest way for us to access your home before your first visit. Your comfort and your pets’ safety are always important to us.

📍 Do you travel to my area?
We primarily serve the Warren, Ohio area and surrounding communities. If you’re not sure whether you’re within our service area, just ask!

🤝 Do you offer meet & greets?
Yes! All new clients are required to have a meet & greet before their first booking. This gives us a chance to meet you and your pets, go over their routines and care instructions, answer any questions, and make sure everyone feels comfortable before your first visit.

💰 Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to officially reserve and hold your requested dates. Your dates are not considered booked until the deposit has been received.
