As one of Dr. Corn's technicians, she started out as my vet back in 2012, I told her I was a certified veterinary technician graduated in 2010, & she asked if she could use me if her assistant was unable to work & of course I said yes.
Disappointed that only happened once. But then her assistant wasnt able to work due to medical issues. So I stepped into her position back in 2017, then due to my medical issues it was a bit too much & that's when her other awesome technician Kim Molesky Arbour joined us! We hit it off almost right away, so she's my boss & bff. Sometimes we get asked if we're sisters for the we act together & we do travel together sometimes, it's amazing we can stand each other still ๐
She has taught me a lot since I've been out of school, she is the best boss anyone could ask for. She takes good care of her technicians & her clients. The best part of a mobile vet is we get to spend more time with our clients & we get to know you & your furbabies better & get close to you all. Another part of my job I love is, when Dr. Corn is out of town (& I didn't go with her) I will have the schedule book & help with appointments & if certain medical needs are needed, I will come to you & give certain shots, drop off meds, fill meds to be picked up. I am thankful that Dr. Corn liked my idea of helping her out in that way. I dread the day she retires, I will miss the job & mostly I will miss all you, our treasured clients! Know that she is the most honest no bs vet, she never pushes what is not needed for your furbabies like corporations clinics do. If she's stumped about something she works her hardest to figure it out, she doesnt give up. Dr. Corn truly loves her job & works so hard for you all! We are so lucky to have her!
