The first guinea hatched on the farm, May 17th! This is an incubated guinea and it was just waiting for its siblings to hatch! As of today, all 4 have hatched and are waiting to be moved to the brooder. We are excited to add to our flock! We do expect to have a lot of keets in about 3 weeks so if you want guineas, lets talk!

Our Guineas have been laying in the chicken coop for at least a month now. There must be at least 40 eggs and they finally started sitting today! Excited to have our first batch of Guineas hatched on the farm!

Black rasberries. Many years ago this came home with us as a hitchhiker from David's Grandfather's farm in Michigan. Delicious Berries! It has lived with us in Virginia, Maryland, and now Pennsylvania; leaving a trail of berries along the way!

First set of seedlings have been transplanted using dirt from the garden! The organic Purple Tomatillo and organic Amish Paste Tomato into cups and the organic Mesclum Mixed Greens into pots. Ph on the dirt is 7.
