My name is Gudrin (It’s German, thanks for asking) and I’m a 14 weeks old girl. I came from Von Der Haus German Shepherds in Wapakoneta, OH, where a lot of police dogs come from. I’m a long stay guest at the kennel so I can be trained for my 78 year old mom. Yes, you heard right… she’s 78- doesn’t look a day older than 30.

I’m her 8th German Shepherd and my mom knows all the German commands, used to compete in agility and has some really cool awards. She has lots of fun things for me to do like a teeter totter, an A Frame, tunnel and even a treadmill. She’s definitely no novice German Shepherd owner!

Wish me luck, so far I’ve been a real stubborn ass. (but oh so cute) I’ve eaten toilet paper, other dogs food which caused me to have bad gas and I’ve even thrown up the dryer lint I ate. But, I sit so pretty and have already learned the German commands to stay and down.😊

UPDATE: She has found her forever home! 🥰

We have this retired breeding female(Import) looking for her forever home. Metaxa will be 7 in July, but acts like a spunky 2yr old. Does great with other people and kids. Does have some drive to her, so I don't think cats or small animals would be a good fit. Super sweet girl. 💜

PS: This is an old pic, so she's a little bit chunkier now than in this photo 😁
