Please bare with me over the next few days as I process the loss of my grandmother. Appointments will remain as scheduled, just forgive me if im not as chipper and happy as I normally am, I promise it's nothing personal to anyone, hanging out with all of your doggos will help me get through this.

Im posting this AGAIN, and im not sure why I have to keep posting this. ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY 12 NOON THE DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT OR IT WILL BE CANCELLED. I am taking absolutely NO excuses. If for some reason you cant access the confirmation message you NEED to reach out to me so I can manually confirm it on my end. If your appointment is NOT confirmed and is removed from my schedule it IS A NO SHOW, and the no show fee of 100% will be charged, fees are expected by end of the next day. Failure to pay your no show/cancelation fee will result in failure to reschedule, and if you have future apts scheduled, you will be removed from my schedule.

Please know I do not want to have to be this strict, but understand I am almost always working late or on my days off to accommodate appointments, not to mention, this is NOT just a hobby for me, this is my full time job, how i pay my bills and care for my family, by no showing your apt, you are taking an apt from someone else who would appreciate my services.

⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ ATTENTION ALL GROOMING CLIENTS: apts for this week, sunday 6/22, Monday 6/23, and Tuesday 6/24 are CANCELLED due to the high heat. Unfortunately even with AC in the trailer, its not keeping it cool enough for it to be safe for myself or the dogs. Mother nature is working against us.

If you are not scheduled for your next apt, I will add you to the cancelation list for if/when I get a cancel.

Friendly reminder I am on vacation starting this evening 6/12, and will not be back to work until next friday 6/20. I will NOT be returning ANY business calls/texts etc until I return from vacation, no exceptions.

Please note: my updated service agreement will now be sent via docusign. I will need your email for this. If you do not have an email on file I will be reaching out to you as your apt approaches to retrieve that. The service agreement will need to be signed prior to your apt.

Notice to ALL of my clients. If you are NOT scheduled out for the remainder of the year, please make sure you have at LEAST 2 apts scheduled. I am scheduling to the middle of august right now. I will not burn myself out to accommodate last minute apts, so if you choose not to schedule out. I will offer my next available.
