🐾 2027 SCHEDULING UPDATE & EXCITING DISCOUNT OPPORTUNITY! 🐾

Can you believe we're already approaching the last TWO months of 2026?! 😱 Where has this year gone?!

As we get closer to the new year, I am STRONGLY encouraging everyone to start scheduling their grooming appointments for 2027 if you haven't already!

📅 My schedule is always open ONE FULL YEAR in advance! That means you can get your appointments on the calendar all the way through October 2027!

There are a couple of IMPORTANT things I want everyone to keep in mind moving forward!

💰 1. SCHEDULE FOR THE YEAR & SAVE 10%!

Yes, you read that correctly! 🎉

Clients who schedule their grooming appointments for the ENTIRE YEAR of 2027 will receive 10% OFF EVERY APPOINTMENT!

That's right — EVERY appointment throughout the year!

🐶 Keep your pup on a consistent grooming schedule.

📅 Secure your preferred appointment days and times.

💵 Save money on every groom!

🚨 2. IMPORTANT SCHEDULE CHANGE STARTING JANUARY 2027!

Beginning in January, I will officially be taking FRIDAYS AND SUNDAYS OFF!

This means my regular grooming schedule will be Monday through Thursday and Saturdays.

‼️ If you are ALREADY scheduled for a Friday or Sunday in 2027, DON'T PANIC! Those appointments will absolutely be honored as scheduled! I will not be moving or canceling appointments that are already on the books for those days.

However, I will no longer be offering Fridays or Sundays for NEW appointments starting in January.

🐾 PLEASE DON'T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE!

With fewer available grooming days, appointment spots will become more limited. Scheduling ahead is the BEST way to guarantee your pup stays on a consistent grooming routine and that you get the days and times that work best for you!

I cannot stress enough how important it is to plan ahead, especially if you prefer specific days or times!

🚨 FRIENDLY… BUT SLIGHTLY AGGRESSIVE HOLIDAY REMINDER 🚨

To all my lovely clients: If you haven’t scheduled your dog’s appointments for the remainder of the year, now would be a fantastic time to stop living dangerously. 😂

The holidays are approaching faster than a melting snow cone in hell. 🔥🍧

🦃 The week leading up to Thanksgiving is BOOKED SOLID.

🎄 The week leading up to Christmas has EXTREMELY limited availability.

I absolutely love all of you and your precious doggos, but I cannot and will not work myself into an early grave because Fluffy suddenly needs an emergency Christmas makeover on December 23rd. I am a groomer, not Santa Claus. I do not have elves, a magical sleigh, or the ability to create extra hours in the day. 🎅🏻

Please schedule now. Do not wait until your dog looks like a haunted tumbleweed wearing a Santa hat and then ask me to perform a Christmas miracle. 😂🐶

Consider this your cheerful warning, with just a tiny sprinkle of holiday aggression. ❤️🎄

A Friendly Reminder to All Clients ❤️

As a reminder, all service agreements MUST be signed before your next appointment. This is non-negotiable. If your agreement has not been completed, your appointment cannot move forward until it has been signed.

Within the service agreement is the requirement to have a credit card on file. This card is only used in the event of unpaid invoices (over 24 hours past due) or no-shows/late cancellations, as outlined in my cancellation policy.

I have been very lenient with this policy since opening my business, but unfortunately I can no longer continue to absorb the cost of last-minute cancellations and missed appointments. As a mobile groomer, I don't just reserve time for your pet—I also reserve travel time, fuel, and a dedicated spot in my schedule that often cannot be filled on short notice.

My goal has always been to keep my pricing as fair and affordable as possible. To give some perspective, I've included a few screenshots of pricing from other mobile groomers in the area. These are not shared to criticize anyone else's prices, but simply to show that I work very hard to keep my rates competitive while still providing high-quality, one-on-one care.

The easiest way for me to avoid raising prices across the board is for everyone to respect the policies that are in place. Your communication, advance notice when plans change, and respect for my schedule allow me to continue offering the level of care your pets deserve without increasing costs for everyone.
