A bit more detail for our clients: the barricades are staying up today near Myrtle Rd. but the fire commissioner said that clients can drive around them to access our clinic.

We are closed for the immediate future due to the fire on the mountain. Please call our number (610-767-4896) for updates from our answering service regarding our hours. We will also post here when we are open.

If you need to be seen please call Little Gap Animal Hospital in Palmerton (610-826-2793). Dr. Carol Filchner is taking appointments there and performing scheduled surgeries.

When the air quality is hazardous to humans, it's hazardous to animals too. Try to keep your pet inside as much as possible. Keep bathroom breaks outside short and avoid strenuous activity.

Smoke from wildfires and other large blazes affects pets, horses, livestock and wildlife. Protect your pets and livestock.

We will be closed from November 17th through November 21st due to our parking lot being repaved.
