Bredli were my first snakes then IJs quickly took my focus. IJs were the first Carpets I had seen. She's been ready to breed for a few years but I think I'll pair her in 2026. Old pic, but she is still very beautiful. I'll get some new pics of her. She didn't stand out when I hatched her. 🐍

Strophurus Ciliaris! One person got it exactly right, and some others were still very close. The first picture is the one I posted yesterday just zoomed in. These guys are really neat. When we went exploring ONE night to SEE geckos in Australia back in 2016, these weren't what we saw. I later went online to search Ozzy geckos and went down a rabbit hole and found these. I fell in love with them and Naltinus (New Zealand Gecko) I viewed them as a few other animals, one day I'll own them but not likely as my focus is not just snakes but Carpet Pythons specifically. While I see beauty in lots of reptiles, I get real joy out of keeping one type. However, sometimes you just have to scratch that itch. So it looks like I will have these in my collection sooner rather than later. Hopefully, I don't go too crazy and start adding others as well but time will tell. How can you not get one of each flavor? 😉 Their colors are unreal. 😍
I want to give a huge shoutout to Landen for taking the time to show me his collection and explaining to me in depth all about these wicked gems. He's got an awesome collection and his passion for them is extremely contagious! He's working with Williamsi, Spinigerus, taenicauda, elderi, and MUCH MORE!🐍🦎
