Hey all! We are officially booked out to new clients until February. I still recommend you reach out ahead of time if you’d like to reserve a spot for your pup!

Very limited spots open ONLY for previous clients & grads in January. Boarding, advancing training, and brush ups available.

Currently taking reservations from Feb-April 2023.

Now go out there and have some fun with your dogs in this gorgeous weather!

This is Melon. He is a ~2 year old lab mix looking for his forever home and would do best as the only dog in his household.

Mel has gone through some training with us here and is ecollar conditioned and has a solid foundation of basic commands. The longer he’s looking for a home, the more training and exposure he’ll receive. He has a safe & loving place to stay for now with his fantastic foster mom, but unfortunately Melon does not get along with male dogs and she has two intact males in the household.

Melon will come with a free take home lesson and follow up lesson. Along with his training equipment, kennel, and lifelong support.

He coexists peacefully with the females in our household, is very affectionate & velcro, and really is just looking for his special person to love and bond with.

He is housebroken, crate trained, has an off switch, isn’t destructive or vocal, and other than his issues with other male dogs, is a very easy going guy who loves sunbathing in the yard or hanging out with his human.

Things that bring me joy: Bruna.

We checked in on this spicy, pretty young girl the other day to make sure she was staying on track. She is a combination of 3 breeds (GSD, heeler, malinois) that are generally not easy to raise, train, and live with if you slack, delay, or don’t formally train at all.

We were stoked to see Bruna and her parents working to maintain and build upon the foundation she learned here. Today was the first time she practiced her obedience around her BFF/neighbor Stevie, who is her biggest distraction. Needless to say she rocked it!

Welcome to the EduCanine team Josh! We will once again be offering private one-on-one lessons to new and previous clients beginning in October with Josh coaching and guiding you and your dog towards your training goals!

Josh has had a lifelong love for animals of all types and is passionate about training pet, sport, and working dogs. Josh comes from a background of training both pet and protection dogs and utilizes fair and balanced training techniques that align with our core training philosophy.

Like the rest of our team, he works, breathes, and lives dogs. He’s a certified NADF trial decoy and in his spare time, enjoys hiking and training his dog Dale for sport.

Don’t worry, he’s much better at training dogs than wearing a face mask correctly 😂

This is Bea. She has a terribly nervous streak, has had fairly tumultuous living situations in her 3.5 years in life (no abuse just a lot of moves and changes), and a history of nipping to escape uncomfortable situations. We’re going to try to teach her to feel empowered & confident, so she can choose to make good choices instead of bad ones and feel like she’s more in control of her life.

We’ve moved past casual acquaintances and almost into friendship the last few days, so it’s time we get to work 💪🏽

This handsome guy is Melon. More on him later, but he will be up for adoption soon through his amazing foster mom and will also come with free lessons. He needs to be in a single dog home with an experienced dog owner, but would make an excellent best friend, cuddler, and adventure buddy for a lucky human or family!
