Well ol Demon Deacons coach is well satisfied. Completion was a week ago we are just lagging behind a tad bit! Big shout out to my partner in Crime Ceasar not the little one but the big one. Together we make things happen.

We would just like to take a moment to shout out our team. These guys have been busting there tail and really getting stuff done. We couldn’t be anymore pleased at the turn around time, the quality and the attention to detail.

Monday we started under pending on a single wide trailer. We tore off all the old filthy brown material. ( it was supposed to be white. We replaced all of the rotted framing. We also cleaned all the way around it and hand dug our trench all the way around. My guys completed that today. ( scroll down you can see a before and the completed product)

Also my guys started a 24 sq siding project board and batten riverway collor. The 8 sq they completed day which was all new product laid. Tomorrow we will start breaking the metal to complete the new addition. And also transition to the rest of the house and tear of the old white double Dutch and the corners. And replace with new board and batten riverway and new corners. (Scroll down you can also see project photos.)

Again we are very thankful for our team. Guys let’s keep rising the flood gates will open!

Believe it or not in that 8’ span there is a yellow jackets nest. 4 entrance holes to be exact. Lil ol me got swarmed by them lucky not once sting but y’all just dont know i haven’t moved that quick since states in track in my high schoolhool years. 5 gallons of gas and they are still going in and out. Also 2 big cans of spray. Homeowners asked us to end the day until we can get the bee situation taken care of. He will do a few things tonight we will come back early morning and check the scene and see if we can continue. Gosh dang yellow jackets. 🐝
